Pilgrim registration

Official registration for travel logistics, care during the trip, and spiritual preparation. It takes about 5 minutes per person.

Registering as a family or group

  • One person can fill out this form for everyone traveling together, up to 10 people.
  • Choose how many people you are registering and a section will appear for each pilgrim.
  • Include children too. Each pilgrim needs their own name, date of birth, shirt size and care needs.
  • Write each name exactly as it appears on that person’s ID or passport.
  • Contact details, address and emergency contact are entered once and apply to the whole group.
  • If someone lives at a different address or needs a different emergency contact, please register them in a separate form.
