- Emergency contact information (Name, relationship, and phone number).
B. Travel & Verification Documents:

- Flight itinerary details (airline, flight numbers, landing times, and terminals).

Under Article 3, Section VI of the Mexican LFPDPPP, certain data regarding your health or personal preferences are considered Sensitive Data. We only collect this data with your explicit consent:
- Health and Dietary Restrictions: Food allergies, chronic medical conditions, or physical mobility restrictions to ensure your safety during walks, transfers, and restaurant dining.
D. Financial and Billing Information:
- Payment transactions are processed securely through our authorized, PCI-compliant third-party platforms (Stripe, PayPal, Western Union, or Remitly). We do not store or have access to your full credit card numbers or financial credentials on our servers.
3. PURPOSES OF PROCESSING (Finalidades del Tratamiento)
We process your data for the following necessary and secondary purposes:
A. Primary Purposes (Necessary for the contract/service):
- Managing and confirming your registration and spot lock for the Guadalupe Pilgrimage 2026.
- Booking hotel/hostel room blocks and handling logistics with ground service providers in Mexico.
- Coordinating your group transportation transfers to and from Mexico City International Airport (MEX).
- Customizing dietary requirements with our private cook to prevent health risks.
- Creating a secure, live WhatsApp Communication Group 7 days before departure.
- Providing customer support, answering inquiries, and processing installment payments.
B. Secondary Purposes (Marketing and analytics):
- Sending you information about future pilgrimages, spiritual preparation materials, or administrative updates.
- Note: If you do not wish your data to be processed for secondary marketing purposes, you may opt-out at any time by sending an email to our support channels.
4. DATA TRANSFERS (Transferencias de Datos)
Your personal data is treated with absolute confidentiality. We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. To fulfill our contract with you, we transfer necessary data only to the following trusted third parties (Articles 36 and 37 of the LFPDPPP):
- Lodging Providers: Hand-picked hotels and boutique hostels in Mexico City (only names and room preferences are shared to secure your check-in).
- Transport Contractors: Private luxury motorcoach operators (only passenger counts and logistics schedules are shared).
- Payment Processors: SSL-encrypted platforms (Stripe and PayPal) to securely charge reservation deposits or installments.
- Medical or Emergency Services: In the rare event of an accident or health emergency during our walks or tours, relevant medical history/dietary restrictions will be shared with emergency personnel to protect your life.
5. SECURITY MEASURES (Medidas de Seguridad)
We implement administrative, technical, and physical security measures (including SSL encryption protocols and restricted access databases) to safeguard your personal data from loss, theft, unauthorized use, or alteration.
6. YOUR RIGHTS: ARCO & INTERNATIONAL RIGHTS (Derechos ARCO)
No matter your country of residence (Mexico, United States, or otherwise), you possess the right to control your personal data. Under Mexican Law, these are known as ARCO Rights:
